To be eligible for a refund, all items received must be in original condition (Topper and The Shepherd's Staff™). If any of the items are missing or damaged, no refund will be issued.
You may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a prompt credit to your account when your items are received. All returned items postmarked prior to December 24th, in the year in which it was purchased, will incur a $20.00(USD) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any items postmarked after December 25th, in the year in which it was purchased, will incur a $35.00(USD) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
For orders in the 48 contiguous states, we use the USPS or UPS to make your return process easy. No postage is required if you use the prepaid return label we provide. The cost of using the prepaid return label is $7.50(USD) and will be deducted from your refund.

For returns outside of the 48 contiguous United States, i.e. Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Australia, etc... please choose your method of shipping at your own expense. Also, if using your own shipping method, we recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
