IMPORTANT REFUND/RETURN POLICY for Christmas Tree Toppers

To be eligible for a refund, all items received must be in original condition (Topper and The Shepherd's Staff™). If any of the items are missing or damaged, no refund will be issued.

You may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a prompt credit to your account when your items are received. All returned items postmarked prior to December 24th, in the year in which it was purchased, will incur a $20.00(USD) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  Any items postmarked after December 25th, in the year in which it was purchased, will incur a $35.00(USD) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased a CUSTOM SIZED piece, your item is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

For orders in the 48 contiguous states, we use the USPS or UPS to make your return process easy. No postage is required if you use the prepaid return label we email you, at your request. The cost of using the prepaid return label is $15.00(USD) and will be deducted from your refund.

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method, at your own expense, please return the packages to Summit Arbor LLC, 64155 Van Dyke, Suite 231, Washington Michigan 48095 USA. 

For returns outside of the 48 contiguous United States, i.e. Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Australia, etc... please choose your method of shipping at your own expense. As stated above, please return the packages to Summit Arbor LLC, 64155 Van Dyke, Suite 231, Washington, Michigan 48095 USA. 

Also, if using your own shipping method, we recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Possible charges, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller.

 

REFUNDING AN ORDER MADE USING SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS

When Summit Arbor refunds an order that was made using Shop Pay Installments, Summit Arbor will send the payment back to the customer. If a customer requests a refund for an order they've made monthly payments for, then their paid interest isn't refunded to them. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

If the customer's refund amount is more than the amount remaining on their Shop Pay Installments balance, then the customer can expect to receive the difference as a refund to their original payment method.
