CAN ANY OF THE TREE TOPPERS BE USED ON REAL TREES?
Most definitely! Any of the toppers we sell will work on any type of tree; we mention artificial trees because it is easier to adjust the branches so that our U.S. Patent No. 9,833,099 device, The Shepherd’s Staff™ will not be visible.
HOW HEAVY ARE THE TREE TOPPERS?
Each individual topper varies in weight. They are all made of a resin material making them lightweight and easy to place on our U.S. Patent No. 9,833,099 device, The Shepherd’s Staff™. They vary from 2-3 pounds.
HOW ARE THE TOPPERS SECURED TO THE TREE?
Our toppers are shipped with a bracketing device already in place on your preferred topper for you to simply attach The Shepherd’s Staff™ and place it on your tree with the provided straps. DO NOT ATTACH ANY OBJECT WEIGHING OVER 3 (THREE) POUNDS TO THE SUMMIT ARBOR THE SHEPHERD’S STAFF™ POLE. Easy Installation Instructions and Warnings are always shipped along with your topper and The Shepherd’s Staff™. (See our How To Video on our Home Page, or on our YouTube Channel)
ARE CUSTOM MADE TREE TOPPERS AVAILABLE?
At this time we only offer this service for our Snowy Cardinal Tree Topper. Because trees vary in size we now offer our Cardinal Topper in different sizes! Contact us for a quote.
CAN THE SHEPHERD’S STAFF™ BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY?
Not at this time, but we are looking into that.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?
We ship all products by UPS within 24 hours. Your product will arrive depending on your choice of service. You will be provided a Tracking Order Number to be able to locate your purchase until it arrives.
